 STRUGGLES and SUCCESSES this week:
 Snow! My dog is staring at me, but it is too icy (and cold) to walk safely.
 However, I did get some exercise shoveling, and I held a dance party for one...
 Oh! and as of Friday, Frodo and I have dog-walked 100 miles (since Dec 12th).
 I averaged over 15000 steps per day last week.

It is unrealistic because I have lost 41.2 lbs already and am getting closer to my ideal weight. I will not lose as fast as I have been unless I choose to lose it in an unhealthy way.
