      I understand that you are really trying to help me, I appreciate that, but you barely speak English, I don't speak a word of your native tongue, and we just can't understand each other well enough to resolve this. I have a problem that requires some technical expertise; if I could solve it by sifting through the FAQ troubleshooting area on your website I wouldn't have needed to call - can you PLEASE get me someone who is able to help?

      Tbh it's been nice seeing you around.. and no , not sucking up.. its just nice to see that you actually are a friendly, regular person and that you interact and can have fun like the rest of us.

      I think you've gone a long way to show Mods don't always sneak around waiting to catch us up or have no sense of humour and just want to jail us all..
