    I joined WW and lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. Didn't have the cash for today's meeting so I'll go next week. Last weight was 228.6.Day/Weight/Comment

    I started walking this week went from 500 steps on Monday Jan 22, I know didn't do much. Stay home and read a lot. On Friday the 26th I walked 13000 steps. My goal is at least 10000 steps a day. I have two dogs never really walked them far but now I walk one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Tried walking them both at the same time. They want to go in opposite directions. Walking the apart gives a reason to walk. Good luck all.[/quote]

    Had the bomb-digity last couple of rounds. Expected a big drop in R28 - shedding all the holiday gain. Ecstatic with the huge R30 progress! Craving more!

    Officially 10 pounds lighter than my previous MFP attempt. So happy to have achieved this in a healthy, sustainable way. No more diet pills, prepackaged meal schemes, and other whatnot that I would just gain back plus some afterwards. It's a lifestyle, not a diet.

    Let's show the scale who's boss!
