@HalfHerSize If there is, you would have to do it within the hour after you made the post. I think the edit function is the little gear in the upper right. On my tablet both the gear and the dots give me the same choices and those do not include edit.2

I kept my goal of tracking and weighing in everyday in the last round. My goals for Round
30 are to 1) exercise at least 4 days every week (so 6 workouts within the next 10 days).
2) pack my meals 3) cook at least 2 vegetarian dinners"

Had the bomb-digity last couple of rounds. Expected a big drop in R28 - shedding all the holiday gain. Ecstatic with the huge R30 progress! Craving more!
Officially 10 pounds lighter than my previous MFP attempt. So happy to have achieved this in a healthy, sustainable way. No more diet pills, prepackaged meal schemes, and other whatnot that I would just gain back plus some afterwards. It's a lifestyle, not a diet.
Let's show the scale who's boss!

I live in Austria and am ahead of most of you time wise. My posts will be reflecting the previous day and my weight on the day for me. OMGoodness, I think I just confused myself. lol This being my 2nd round I am sure it will become more clear as we go.

01/28 196.7 - @Nikki062181 Thank you for the well wishes for my fella's. Both are feeling much better now. Hopefully we wont be experiencing a round 2, like so many other families have. Sundays are my rest days. If I get anything over 5,000 steps I've done to much. lol Stats for my day were: 4,739 steps, 3 floors, 2.2 miles ... Total active time: 6 minutes

I'm very determined to lose 40 pounds in 5 months. If I can pull it off I will get a chance to ride in the backseat of an F-16. Plus it aligns with my career goals, so it's a win-win. Now it's just getting it off...
1/28:: 240 - It's getting easier to eat less food. The Intermittent Fasting is still very hard during breakfast when I'm cooking eggs, bacon, french toast for the kids.

01/28 - no access to scales today, also expecting a lot of water weight due to eating out all weekend (very limited food choices), will do what I can to not overeat though!
01/29 - 68.8 - a big jump up, I expected it though after a weekend of limited food options, hopefully just water weight and will come off in the next couple of days

01/28: (no weight) - So I went out and got a bit bevved on Saturday so spent most of Sunday hungover hugging the sofa, I still ate within my calories but I didn't manage to drag myself onto the scale haha.
01/29: 122.1kg/169.2lbs - Yeah I'll take this, imagine there is some beer weight still floating around in me. Back to the gym today and ready to smash this week again. Aiming for another 2/3lbs loss however my scales are being very indecisive, may have to look at investing in a new one.

01/28 138.4lb - unsurprisingly slightly up - yesterday (although not over calories allowance) I spent my whole day at the computer, drinking coffee and too little water and didn't hardly move at all. I'm an accountant and its tax return deadline on Wednesday 31st so really busy. More of the same today too ....... must have more water today if nothing else........
01/29 139.1lb - not unusually I weigh more on a Monday - the usual full Sunday roast and dessert (all in calories just a lot of food concentrated in the evening!). And on top of that the whole weekend spent in front of a computer. So am happy with this especially as still under the 140lbs! No reason this won't be a good week
