    Weight lost this week: +1.2 lbs. Had a pretty bad kidney infection this past week and the antibiotics just started to help. Thinking most of this is just water weight as I feel pretty bloated, but still happy with weight loss for January. Going to keep my February goal the same and just work harder during next month!

    STRUGGLES and SUCCESSES this week:
    Still lots of ice on our walking paths, and some busy work/family days. Nevertheless, Frodo and I went out and racked up some miles - Not bad, considering our couple of extra enforced 'rest' days!
    Oh! and the spouse joined us for a walk, so that was nice, too.

    Had a lower weight blip for a morning, but it didn't repeat; therefore (in the interests of not setting myself up for failure or disappointment), am going to use today's scale reading for this week's result...

    So, yeah: Met my January goal, and am ready to get rolling for February!

    Weight lost this week: 0. I expected to plateau after last weeks big drop. I’m just glad it wasn’t a gain. I’m excited to see the 130’s again but I know from experience how slow and stubborn these last few pounds are. I’ll stay consistent and get there eventually!
