    ugh. Really. But at least I know why - I had pizza twice this weekend, and gluten causes me to retain several pounds of water. So if I'm only +2, I actually lost. I think. Going to remain positive and look towards February.

    Jan 16th - 143.6 (I've been exercising every day and eating back all calories. Will continue and see what happens)
    Jan 23rd - 145.6 (a couple of sick/high sodium/nontracking days did this I think)
    Jan 30th - 141.2 ( daily exercise and eating back all/most calories)

    Total loss for January - 7.7 pounds (I'm sure that much of this was water weight, but I am very happy about results. I got off track for 2-3 months, and feel like I did what I need to jump right back in. I will continue with February's challenge.
