    You look great. How much have you lost and what is flexible dieting? I’m trying to keep the momentum going. I started back up this year with a goal of loosing 90bls.

    Great job! You look amazing! I have about the same amount to lose and my stomach looks like your before pic. I have been worried that I'll have loose skin but it doesn't look like you have any. I hope I'm the same! Bravo!
