    Jan 30th - 141.2 ( daily exercise and eating back all/most calories)

    Total loss for January - 6 pounds (Why did my weight have to go up on the last day of the month? lol) I will continue with February's challenge.

    So, I'm conflicted. Based on my weight on January 1st to January 31st, I have lost 8.4lbs. HOWEVER, from my challenge start weight (From the end of December) I am down 3.6lbs. So, I hit the goal, but I also didn't. I am looking forward to the February challenge and actually hitting that 5lb goal for SURE!

    Of course the end of the month has my weight trending back up for the cycle, but it should go back down dramatically. My low before trending back up was 178.2 for an 8.8 lb weight loss, so we will see... either way, I made it!
