I am absolutely in. I have completely gone off the rails. Stopped doing this challenge the last two times and it shows.

This should be doable just by getting my eating on track and water water water!! I am so bloated. I can see it and definitely feel it.

I'm late by one day, but definitely want in on this challenge!! I have been off of mfp since December and gained some weight because i have a snacking issue. But I'm going to give these 9 days my best!!
Starting weight: 228.5lbs
End of challenge goal weight: 225lbs
Ultimate goal weight: 175lbs
02/08- 228.5lbs. No surprise that I've gained weight in the last few weeks. I had frozen pizza the last two nights and more snack mix then I'd care to admit. But I just signed up for a 5k in two months and i really want to be in better shape for that. So I am going to get back into gear this week!!

This is my 2nd round and I’m so excited to keep losing. I’m working on logging my foods and staying within my calorie goals. I’m not depriving myself of anything, just trying to make healthy choices. I’ve set my daily step goal to 10,000 and trying to do strength training 3 days a week.

@danigetsfit23 I'm no expert by any means, but I find if I increase the protein in my diet, especially for breakfast, I don't get hungry as much. Protein sticks with me longer than anything else.4 -

02/07 - 173.5 Focus today - WATER! Not my favorite beverage but it will be today.
02/08 – It's now 9:00 pm and I'm heading to bed. I totally forgot to weigh this morning. Had to be at work at 6:00 am. Got up at 4:40 am. Weighing was the farthest thing from my mind. I did stay within my calories but was way short on water. Did 30 minute of circuit training at the gym and walked 12,067 steps. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

02/07 - 98.2 - It just won't go down!
But then again, looking back at my calories I "forgot" that I ate out with a client (salt) and that I ate back all my exercise calories... So I guess I shouldn't complain
02/08 - 98 - ok going back in the right direction! I saw lower but chose the higher number. I had a read up on keto Turns out I thought I was low carbing, but not enough - too many onions and leeks in my diet. The shift will be difficult
02/09 - 97.6 - OK, going down. I'm really going to aim for a loss this weekend. I think I'm going to need time to adjust to the keto diet... I've never eaten much fat (healthy or otherwise!) so this is a challenge for me.
