Haha...I suppose that's a start!! I'll have to try that!1 -
I add stevia, then frothed milk (no fat - it froths better), and a sprinkle of sugar free hot choc mix.
I also make an iced coffee with coffee, ice, water/milk, choc protein, coconut butter. Delish!9 -
I love my nespresso machine so I use that every morning - I use Oatly Oat milk and a tsp of pure maple syrup. The aeroccino machine froths my milk up and makes it warm and foamy. Sometimes I mix Hersheys dark cocoa into the coffee if I want a mocha. There's no sugar in the Hersheys Cocoa.4

Torani sugar-free syrups and fat-free half n half.7

^^^ I was going to recommend the Torani sugar free syrups too if you are trying to go no-low cal. Stevia / Truvia is also a good alternate sweetener to consider.5 -
Also, baking flavors like vanilla, almond, etc will work in hot coffee, but not iced unless you added it while the coffee was hot. (Otherwise all you taste is alcohol. Learned that the hard way trying to flavor my yogurts.)2

I put coconut oil in my first cup of the day, so I just make sure I include the calories in my daily total. It is worth it for the health benefits.16

What health benefits, exactly?

I like the flavored creamers from CoffeeMate, recently started using International Delights and the flavors are way better, I’m sipping one with Almond Joy right now and it’s delicious. It’s about 35 cals for a Tbsp, so my 2-3 cups of coffee each day usually comes in around 100 cals. I’ve never had a problem working that into my day.9

I like the international delights too..my go to, but I'm looking for something a bit creamier than my 1 Tbsp gives me.3

Non-dairy Coconut or Almond creamers, vanilla or hazelnut flavors7

I usually did international delights..but would occasionally do 2 Tbsp instead of 1..but that would put me at 70 calories and 10 carbs just got my morning coffee. I usually have coffee three times a day so that's 30 carbs just in coffee =(2 -
Buy high quality coffee beans roasted to your preference...grind them fresh for each brew. Quality coffee doesn't need anything...14

Real cream or half/half and a Splenda.5
-
I use fresh roasted beans and grind them before each brew. It makes all the difference. I love my aero press coffee maker too. It’s really simple to use. No sweeteners or milk are needed to make the coffee taste amazing!6

I use half/half and splenda too. Half/half is 40 cal for 2 Tbsp. I never need that much to make it creamy. I find I use less of the real stuff than fat free so the cal and carbs were less using the real deal. Sometimes I add cinnamon to the coffee grinds when I brew it. I also agree that cold brewed in the summer is great. It is so smooth and I can use less to sweeten it. This spice coffee is great too. soupspiceeverythingnice.blogspot.com/2012/11/fun-with-coffee.html You can add all sorts of things to the grinds, cocoa powder is good too.2

Flavoured Stevia drops. I have Vanilla and English Toffee ones and they're delicious. I also add pumpkin pie spice to the grounds. Mmm. Yum.5
