    Name: Jen
    Age: 46
    Height: 5'2.5"
    Total Weight lost:145lbs
Time it took to lose: 2.75yrs
How long in maintenance: Since 4/14/17
Maintenance weight range: Would like to stay under 122 at morning weigh-in.

    Jan-Jun 2017 avg weight trend: 124.4lbs
    Jul-Dec 2017 avg weight trend: 119.2lbs
    December avg weight trend: 117.2lbs
    January avg weight trend: 118lbs

    Trend week of...
    2nd February: 118ish????
9th February: 117.7 (Home scale is working again.)

Successes of the week: Still working off the new calorie set and hoping the numbers are right. So far, so good.

Challenges of the week: Still healing up. Not staying off my feet like I ought to, but my knee is feeling better. I do wish I had a reset button, though, so I could zap away all my health issues. I am finally willing to put in the work, but my health isn't up to it. Grrrr! I want to feel bad-*kitten*, not bad! LOL

You are bad @SS! Just look at your picture! Stay strong and feel better!

Aw, thanks!! I guess I am just caught up a bit in regrets that I didn't do this 25 years ago. :)

@sofchak You can do the no logging thing! You have been here long enough to know your foods and your body. I quit logging in June and my weight is staying within a pound of where I was then.

@Gutcutter500 Good luck on the C25K. I know you can do it. You have snuck in a couple of runs here and there. You will be running circles around your daughter.

@cypressfey A gain in a single day means nothing. Water retention and food babies can account for a spike.

Are you maintaining on 1200 cals a day? Or do you mean you had 1200 cals for that special supper?
