Today is my 39th birthday. I'm at work but my husband did take me out to lunch. Life is good. Woke up lighter than I was yesterday. Down 41.4 pounds since August and feeling good! Thankful for another year, a healthy body and wonder family/friends.

Hi everyone. I turned 55 in December. The thing I found about middle age is it is harder to lose weight. I managed to lose weight in my 20s and it flew off. It is much slower this time. I am pretty motivated to lose weight and really am tired of being obese. I started in January and am down 18 pounds. I need all the support and motivation I can get.5
