I new here, and 51 (soon to be 52). I am trying to lose the weight that has been creeping on since my mid 40's. I exercise a lot-I found crossfit 6 years ago and love it, but it has taken all of that time to get it into my thick head that I need to take a good look at my food intake. Please add me.1

Godd morning. Still too cold, still too much snow and hoplessly sore in hams, glutes and back after yesterdays workout.
