This is where I loose it all, and sugar is the worst. I have done this before twice where I lost 40lbs with disipline and allot of water. I will be starting this evening. I have found that when I wake I feel less full or bloated. It gives me a feeling to look forward too. I just need to remember that morning feeling at night and go look at the dress or jeans I want to fit into. Imagine what I want to look like, not what I do look like.1
