Day 51 for me and feeling great about it! Finally feel like I have the right tools to make the changes I want to see in my body and my life. Thanks for the inspiration, everyone! Logging with MFP is easy and is not the hassle that people would have you think it is. It gives me the power to consciously make good choices everyday - or not - but at least it keeps me honest about it

I wish there was a way to put it on hold for when you leave the country. I had a nice long streak, then went on a cruise. Started another long streak and went to Mexico. If you leave the country you lose your streak: even though you're still on plan. :/

Not necessarily. I was on a cruise last week, but I kept logging in every day. I'm at 1873 days.

I'm currently on 1662. Got down below my goal and then put some back on again. Now aiming for a goal a bit lower than my original.

2164 today. Still logging, since I find I do better with it than without.

I'm at 806 days. I don't always log my food as I am maintaining, but still log in to stay accountable. Each time I put on a few pounds I start logging my food again.

Just returned after being out of the country for 3 weeks. I did have wifi available. You can also pre log, keep your food diary open for a friend to complete daily for you.

I've gained back half the weight, but at least I know what I was doing while it happened. I think if I hadn't kept counting over the years I'd have gained it all back. Starting fresh and trying to get back down to my goal.

2337 days only. It would be more but because I was out of the country, I missed a day which lost out on another 300+ days.
