02/17 Out of town today, but yesterday was 166.4; I need strength today to keep away from all the stuff that my parents keep at their house—cookies, nuts, doughnuts, you name it. It’s here! Think I’ll go out for a long walk before they get up and before the rain begins again!
02/18 No access to scales this day either. Back to normal on Monday.
02/19 = 164.8 YAY!!! Below my original goal. Changing that goal now to 150 (normal BMI for me)

02/21 = 165.8 Food at dinner out last night tasted really salty even though I ordered well and ate within calories. This will pass.

02/17 ??? My mom's scale says 179, but I know that isn't right. I was on the road all day so no workout, but I stayed within my calories.

02/20 182.8 Not too bad. I haven't worked out since Wednesday, but I'm home and back at it today. My goal is to track all my food and water intake for the rest of the month.
02/21 183.6 I don't like going back up, but yesterday, I jogged 3 miles without stopping, did chest and tris, tracked all of my food and ate back a few calories, and got in at least 8 cups of water, so it was a great day.
02/22 181.8 Tracked everything again, ate all of my calories, and tried to drink more water.
02/23 181.2 Ate too many carbs but tracked everything again. Made an effort to drink 8 cups of water- trying to get to 12 cups a day. Did 40 minutes of cardio and legs and ate back some of the calories. Glad it's Friday!

02/18 - 140.1lb!!! Carb heavy day yesterday and was in the arena from 7am till 9pm! Must try harder today...
02/19 - 139.20lb - happier! Comp day 2 and another 14 hours but did actually get out the arena for an hour yesterday lunchtime so walked to a nearby cafe for soup and a roll at lunchtime and also tried to drink more water - bit of a walk and fresh air must have done me good! Back to reality today so no reason not to have a good week
02/20 - 138.20lb - bit of a "whoosh" I think yesterday and feel so much better for it today - less bloated mainlyl! Have all my food with me for the day and dinner is planned and ready to go when home from the gym tonight so all looking good.
02/21 - 137.30lb - hurrah! Long live the "whoosh" - or whatever it is that's going on this week! Like this round so far - and hopefully the progress this week will keep me motivated to stay on track for the rest of the week and when we go away at the weekend with the eldest and the grandkids. 2/17: 158 lbs: I took a HIIT Burn Carb Cycling quiz to boost my metabolism. I may try it out if my weight continues to maintain no matter what I do instead of losing any.
2/18: 158.2 lbs: Stayed within my calories but spent the day vegging and shopping. I loathe shopping, but my pants were HUGE and my underwear is falling off. Lol
2/19: 157.2 lbs: 2 oz. away from a 45 lb. loss. I so badly want to get there.
2/20 156.8 Woo Hoo!!!! I am now at a 45.2 lb loss. I am so thrilled. I did decide to try the HIIT Burn Carb Cycling, so let's see if it works.
2/21: 157.2 Yesterday was my high carb day, and since I worked late, I decided to go out to dinner with my family, and I had 3 taco supremes from Taco Bell. IT WAS YUMMY! Now back to 3 days of low(er) carb.
2/22: 157.8 It was another late night because of Freshman Orientation for my oldest son. I was bad. I didn't do a low carb or low sodium dinner. However, I was still within my carbs because of what I ate all day. My sodium....not so much.
2/23: 157.2 I need to push the fluids. I was under by a ton yesterday.

02/17: 181.4 well this is very hard to own. A full 10 lbs up since before Christmas. I had the holidays, 2 long weekend trips out of town with a lot of rich food, and then a 10 day bout of vertigo where I ate everything in the kitchen just trying to settle my stomach (didn't work). I hope to see a couple of lbs of water weight drop off quickly. Plan for today to drink water before each meal and measure my portions.
02/18: 181.2 at least it wasn't up. I drank my water yesterday and mostly stayed within my plan- I did eat some oreo thins. those are a major trigger food for me for some reason! now that they are gone, I will never buy them again. plan for today: gym and costco to stock up for the month on healthy stuff. gonna eat before I go so I don't make dumb choices.
02/19: 179.8 Happy to see this number. I don't know why psychologically it feels so much better to drop a decade even if in reality it only is 1.5 lbs. I guess it's the same mentality where your brain thinks something that is 1.99 is much better deal than 2$? Anyway plan for today: NO ALCOHOL AND NO ADDED SUGAR. These are the things that make it HARD for me to stick to my plan, so they make it HARD for me to meet my goals. Drinking all my water as well!

02/21: 178.2 Excited about this. My Libra app trend line is still pointing upward, but if this sticks maybe tomorrow it will show a downward trend again. I had Thai lunch and black forest cake out yesterday (not at the same time) and so I had to estimate calories, but I chose the highest number available and still came in under my goal. Halfway through the round. Will I make my goal? hmm
02/22: 178.0 holding steady. Went a bit overboard last night so I'm calling it a maintenance day and moving on.
Plan for today. Drink LOTS of water, a tall glass before each meal. No mindless snacks. and no alcohol.
02/23: 179.9 a 2 lb jump! I ate too much yesterday, I sort of felt a "binging mentality" which is so counter productive. Today will be better. I'm going to write down first, then eat second. I do a lot better when I plan that way.

02/19..142 Holding... that's ok... Ate very clean, lots of veggies yesterday, did about 20 min exercising in pool on my own. Today, eating out at happy hour but no alcohol. That should help with the calories and water retention. Planning on either gym or elliptical.
02/20... 142.6 to 143... Got on scale, 142.6. Went back to bed for a bit, got up, went to bathroom, weighed and weight went up despite no drinking water, etc. Go figure. Had a great workout yesterday, went to happy hour: had club soda and lettuce wraps. Maybe club soda has a lot of sodium? Lemon water to the rescue!

02/18 / 242.4/ Not unexpected. Like a fool, I made marshmallow treats with rice chex. Not a good plan. Remind me never to do that again! I'm on day 18 of exercising at least some every day. My eating right now is rocky. I've been hungry the past couple of days.

I exercised every day of the 10 days (every day in February so far!) and can see my own fitness increase. But the weight loss has definitely stalled out. The BMS seems to have calmed down this morning so I'm hoping the hormones are getting back in check. I do know that even with giving in to my cravings, I did NOT eat 10,000 extra calories since Saturday to truly gain over 3lbs.

02/16 (end of Round 31): no scale/ lots of walking and unhealthy eating Thursday and Friday at Disney
02/17: 144.8 (again, quick jump up after a couple of days of not tracking, off to the gym in a couple hours)
02/18: 146.8 ( did NOT get to the gym or get back on track yesterday )
02/19: 146.4 (family in town, not great eating (well tasted great), need to get back on track today!)
02/20: 145.3 (finally back under calorie goal of 1200 net and 55 min elliptical!)
02/21: 144.4 (60 min elliptical, ate back most calories, sodium over due to chicken tortilla soup)
02/22: 142.5 (25 min elliptical, 55 min Body Pump, ate back all calories, drank more water)
02/23: 141.6 (30 min elliptical, ate back all calories, drank enough water)
02/24: 140.8 ( 65 min elliptical, ate back all calories, drank enough water: haven't seen a 0 in a while!)
02/25: 139.8! Finally back in the 130s! It's been a while. 55 min Body Pump. Ate back all calories.
02/26 140.0 (55 min dance fitness class, ate back all calories.
