I understand that completely! I actually set my Fitbit to let me know if I've not taken 250 steps before the end of an hour. I have minor issues with my ankles, so moving at least every hour keeps them flexible.4 -

-0.4 lbs. 10,235 Steps, Ate within goals.
2/28: 240.6
No Change. Ate great, walked around 5,000 steps, and did a 30 min. lower body workout.
Since starting these challenges (this is my 3rd round) the jeans that were once tight on me I can slip on and off without unzipping. And I can see the difference already.
3/1: 240
-0.6 lbs. 10,664 Steps, played in the snow with my kiddo, and ate within goals. Ordered a new scale which should be here tomorrow. My scale weighs a different weight each time I step on in a row, up to 3-4 lb. difference, and says Error a lot. Hopefully when I get the new scale though I don't find out my actual weight is higher.

hello all. i am doing 7 week challenge at work now. only 2.5 weeks left. why not get motivation hear to. my goal is to win the challenge and the money. i guess under 200 would be nice. don't want to ever be less then 180 again. 1/19 weight 234.8

2/28 - 215lbs 347 calories in - 324 burned brisk walk = 23 net. I know I am an idiot but I felt good today
3/1 - I am sorry I didn't know my posts would show up last on the list. hope I didn't mess up your post. wont happen again. 213lbs today and plan on 1000 calories by the end of the day.

That's a really low calorie goal. Are you sure you are approaching this the safest and most effective way long-term? I want you to be safe and successful.7 -
this is very short term and in 2.5 weeks my diet will become maintenance only for the most part. my ideal weight is about 190 - 200 ---- I was 170-80 when doing triathlons at @ 24 years old. now 47 and just want to win challenge at work and loose a few. first diet ever with food changes. 27/02 * no scales * oops! Great start haha away from home for a few days so trying to make the healthier options. A few too many coffees for a lunch date too. Over cals approx. 500 800ml water (eek!)
28/02 * no scales* guestimations say I have gone over cals by +200. It was pretty much tea! Overall low carbs and high protein so hopefully shouldn’t be too bad on the bod! 1.7ltrs water

I’m in! Third round and I love it. I’m learning that my partner and I eat out a lot during the weekend, and it’s this eating out during the weekend that unravels all the effort I put in during the week. I’m disappointed about that but theres no point dwelling on the past. All I can do is learn from my experience and improve from there.
2/27 – 66.9kgs. Yes! The bloat is gone (hopefully all). New goal for end of Round 33 : 65.9kgs
2/28 – 66.7kgs. Slowly going down..

Still moving in the right direction. Feel like crap at the moment, unfortunately. I have an umbilical hernia, but my doctor won’t clear me for surgery until my A1C is in an acceptable range (I’m diabetic). Soooo, I get to deal with it for at least another month or so.
