I'm actually in maintenance right now, so if my weight stays the same +/- a couple pounds I don't mind. I'm adding in cardio for a real slow weight loss until April. In April, I'm going back into a cut, so I hope to see most of my weight loss there. I really want to be down below 120 lbs, so if I just do a really slow weight loss from cardio, I think I'll hit it by the end of April!1 -

Actual weight lost for challenge:
Weight lost this week: -1.1 lbs. I hit 158.4 lbs this weekend and then after a day of bad eating (oops! I can't resist chocolate covered pretzels lol), went back up to 159.9 lbs for today. My weight has really been all over the place, so I'm not sure what's going on with it. But I am seeing a downward trend again! Aiming to be at or below 157 for end of March

January Goal: 202 I didn't make my goal but am happy with any loss.

February 19: 203.6 Trend continues. Went to a quilting retreat this past weekend and still lost weight.
