Hi there,
I'd love to be included. I started going for a Fat/Carb/Protein ratio of 5/70/25 about three weeks ago, and it feels great, barring red wine limitations. I try to stick under 20g of carbs, some days I go up to 25 if drinking.
I noticed that I can't stop overeating protein. And I usually can't be bothered going out of the avocado-spinach-meats-nuts-all the cheese in the world-peanut butter-90%dark chocolate routine. Hence, some diversity would be appreciated!2 -
I have joined several low carb and keto groups on facebook and find a lot of good food ideas on those groups. The pork rind bread is amazing! So many ways to cook things or make substitutions. I'm still learning but trying my best!0

Please feel free to add me, I’m not very good at the measuring carbs in grams but am avoiding all ‘standard’ carbs like potatoes, bread, pasta, rice etc and keeping under my calories. Would love to see what others are eating this way!1

I just started keto 3 days ago. I haven't lost any weight yet, but my energy is through the roof! I'm loving this! Good thing, because I have about 50 pounds to lose! Anyone feel free to add me, too!1

I have added you all. I love making new low carb friends. I still in the beginning stages done great for a week then kinda fell off the wagon for about 3 days (illness in family and stress); back on it Monday. Struggling some with cravings again but trying to fight thru it.2

I’m going low carb. Staying less than 30/day but am eating higher protein than fat since I’m lifting weights 6 days a week. Going on vaca in 14 weeks and hoping to lose some fat between now and then. Good luck to us all on the journey and new way of living.1

I'm planning on joining the local gym next week. I was a member there a couple years ago and was doing really good then got out of the habit and you know how it goes a couple days of not going turns into weeks turns into months and so on. I am in the middle of learning a new computer system at work and that's taking all my extra time so I'm hoping by next week I am able to go and join again and start working some of this fat off!0

Went to the gym last night and had a great workout! Excited to see how much weight I can lose combining low carb with exercise (where I wasn't doing any exercise at all before!!)3

This is a pretty decent list. Some of the items are a little carbier than others but if you’re not doing keto it’s nothing to really think about. They’re all very low carb!1 -
Thanks everyone! I went off low carb for a week; my mother passed away on March 19 so it was kinda hard to do while people was bringing food to us and everything. I started back today and so far so good.2

I started keto on March 5th, I try to stay at 20 a day. So far I've lost 11.5 pounds. Had a few days where I over did it but only a few here and there. I would love an add as well. The hardest part so far is giving up Mountain Dew, talk about being addicted to something!

I just started the Keto diet 1 week ago and I lost 8 lbs! I’d love to have friends on here for support. I miss Diet Coke and sugar, but I know that is what lead me to become overweight. I’m trying to stay positive, but this first week has been difficult.2

Hey Jen! Would love to be a low carb/Keto buddy as a I just started it 4 days ago and still going strong! I did binge on 4 tlbspoons of peanut butter this morning (oops). I’ve found it helps to have a shelf in my pantry dedicated to ONLY Keto foods I can eat. Low carb protein powder, olives, almonds, cocoanut oil, olive oil, avocados and peppers are on there. And my beloved peanut butter. What do you do for breakfast?0

I had to lower my sugar. Doing low carb for 4 months. Down 22 lbs. Finding if I keep it simple it works for me.. Eating out is a piece of meat and double the veggies. Or a side salad. Frozen birdseye steam fresh is great and fast packaging my own meats in 4 oz pks and freezing...cod, steak, pork, chicken... Chicken breast diced fried in butter with franks sauce is awesome. Chicken needs seasoning as is boring... Panara Asian sesame dressing is great!. Cottage cheese keeps me full. This is working.. and best thing is my fitness pal! I work out with zumba class... Once a week.0
