Ostheoarthritis in my reconstructed right knee. They have helped me a lot so far; I get them every 6-9 months. I'm sorry it didn't help you this time (I'm assuming it did before).2 -

3/09 - 62.7kg (-0.3kg) - Really happy with my nutrition over this last week. More of the same today. Plan for the weekend is to stick to my light lunches both Saturday and Sunday and avoid the bread basket at my mother-in-laws on Sunday night! I'm also going to go alcohol-free this weekend as it really blew out my numbers last round and I spent the rest of the week regretting it.

3/09 - 140.30lb! Wow that must have been some meal on Wednesday evening! I know it was a larger than meal than I normally have and pasta, followed by a cheese board which I don't very often have but blimey - its hanging around!!! Another wait for a whoosh! Should all be ok today and Saturday but Sunday is Mothers Day here in the UK so hoping to not get chocolates! Nothing else in the diary for this round other than Mothers Day so my round target of under 136lb should be achievable.

Goals for this round: staying in the green, drinking 1/2 my weight in oz, and exercise at least 5x a week. A huge part of my weight-loss success has been managed with low carb and high water intake. I have been slacking on the water department but I have a huge gallon next to me right now and I will finish it by the end of the day! Starting out strong, let's hope it stays that way
