Struggling today...not with food, but attitude. My own of course. I'm Ms. Snarky pants lately and I really shouldn't be. And I can't remember if I took my darn probiotic again today.

*sigh, I need Calgon. Or sunshine and warmth. Both?

Have a great evening middle agers, I'll be working a quick close. ;)

Good afternoon everyone. I am 38, currently living in North Carolina, and starting MFP AGAIN. I’ve got the same 30lbs to lose AGAIN. I never participated in forum discussions or added online friends before so I thought I’d try it out this time. I am married and have one child, 2 dogs and a hamster. I’m just counting calories and getting some good old fashioned exercise hoping my willpower keeps me going through this summer. Feel free to add me if you’d like.

Hello, I'm JT. I've been using MFP off and on since 2011. Mid 50s and in great shape. Love to add some friends.

Congrats on getting yourself into great shape. I'm an active nurserywoman in need of advice on better nutrition and strength training. I'd appreciate some help
