Please join us! Starting on 3/19 - 3/28.....JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 35. Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    I'm here again. Thanks for keeping this going, everyone!

    Goals this round & beyond - No more travel/moving/settling in excuses.
    Daily goals: 1490 calories max; P 20-25%, C 35-45%, F 30-45%
    No weight goals - I can't control what I weigh, only what I do. But I hope to lose 1 lb. per 10 day round going forward and to reach my goal of 135 no later than Sept. 1.

    I’m game! I have been out of it due to some major laziness and frustration with my gastroparesis.
    Getting back on track with my diet and exercise starting today.
    I think taking it 10 days at a time will help instead of stressing about an entire month or even several weeks at a time. I never know what each day holds, so this Challenge seems tailor made for me. So excited to meet you all.

    R35 goal - under 136lb and to stay focused. Since getting under the magic 140lb I don't feel as focused - guess as my clothes all fit nicely and I do feel so much better in myself - but I do still want to lose a bit more weight and reduce my body fat % (I get a check in at the gym every month!) so need to refocus.

    Goal weight: 135-137; less is o.k. this round-anticipating weight gain on vacation
    Goal for this Round: not worry about weight gain on vacation for much of Round 36 as I know how to get it off-try to get some physical activity on vacation so weight gain isn't too bad-walking, swimming, kayaking, maybe try a fitness class or two at resort
