Since getting under the magic 140lb I don't feel as focused - guess as my clothes all fit nicely and I do feel so much better in myself - but I do still want to lose a bit more weight and reduce my body fat % (I get a check in at the gym every month!) so need to refocus.

I don’t weigh daily. But I will comment on each day and do my weight at the end since it’s close to the end of the month. I try to aim for -2lbs a month anything extra is nice but as long as I lose -2lbs a month then I’m doing great. This is my first round woo hoo for finally finding it in time.

Goal for this Round: not worry about weight gain on vacation for much of Round 36 as I know how to get it off-try to get some physical activity on vacation so weight gain isn't too bad-walking, swimming, kayaking, maybe try a fitness class or two at resort

Oh, thank you Jackie, @GrandmaJackie, because of you and @TerriRichardson112, I lasted more than my first round - 9 months ago! Then I discovered that @cjsacto is a “neighbor.” Although we have never met, we live in the same area of Las Vegas. I love everyone in the group and their contributions!11

My first round! I'm excited! Have lost 27/28lbs since 1/1/18 and need to keep up the progress! Will be traveling 3/22-3/24 so probably won't be able to weigh-in.

I wasn't as consistent as I would have liked to be, so this round I'm going to really try to hunker down and focus on that follow through. Plus, I didn't track my food at all last round, so I'll be tracking this time around.

Round 8 for me (6 full rounds plus 3 days), and I'm getting smarter every day. I'm also kinder to myself, more reasonable, more forgiving, and just generally better. I think I'm going to track my calories forever, and I'm okay with that. I'm also going to continue to post here forever, too. Maybe I'll move to a maintenance thread, I guess, but I hope you get the picture. This group has been life-changing for me.
