Weight lost this week: +.5 lbs. Hovering around 159 lbs to 160 lbs and mostly staying within calorie budget. I think what I need to do is ignore the extra calories I get from exercise and just stick to my base calories of 1450/day (provided I'm not starving after the gym or something). I think this will help me get back on the downward trend.

I started my fat loss program on Feb 10, 2018, and that's when I discovered Keto and IF. I started tracking my weight loss on that day, but started logging data in MFP on March 14th. I started on Feb 10, 2018 at 209 lbs. And by March 14th, I am already down to 185 lbs. Currently I am doing Keto + OMAD, and weight loss is not as aggressive as the first month, but I am still dropping weight at good rate.
I still want to challenge myself and be accountable, and I want to get down to 165 lbs by the end of April. That's still 20 lbs in one and half month.
