    Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

    FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    @sophyoak I feel your pain! On 17th I was 96.6, this morning 98.6.... hoping it's all water but have a feeling it's gonna be a pain to lose again!

    Hey everyone! I am in for another round. I am noticing those interested in the challenge and posted haven’t put their weight for today despite the challenge starting today... do you all post your weight for the day the following day or day of?

    For example... if the challenge starts today (3/19) shouldn’t I post my weight for this AM on this day or do you add it the following day (3/20) but log it for the day prior (3/19)? Help! Lol
