3/15 138.4 (Finally! 15 days later and I'm back to where it should be. I just might make this goal, but I am truly happy with any weight under 140 at this point. I have a pretty large frame, 5'6 female, so on me it looks thin.)
3/22 136.8 (Within my ultimate goal range. I know I will gain some on vacation, but that's ok. I'll take it off.)

Cheering on all you people who have lost this month while at the same time feeling frustrated that once again, I am stuck on a stupid plateau, despite eating really well, tracking my calories, being under my goal 6 out of 7 days last week, drinking 8-12 glasses of water per day and increasing my exercise to almost 600 mins! This is typically when I would have quit in the past and just said that my body was not able to lose weight due to my compromised thyroid. I am NOT giving up this time. I will just keep on doing what I am doing and feel good about the fact that I am making good choices for myself and my clothes fit better. That scale is not going to defeat me. Go ME!7 -

NSV: Had blood work done this past week. Everything was in "good/normal" range, except BMI. Meaning HDL was finally over 40 and Glucose was 95 (has been up over 100 for a bit). BMI was expected, and is trending down. My primary car MD will be smiling in May.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
So I gained after my weekend away last week. Surprise! Not!
My scale said 207.5 on Tuesday which was not a happy number, but once I got back into my regular routine, I shed some water. Still not where I wanted to be, but that is how it is.
When I started MFP with a goal of 1 lb per week of weight loss, tomorrow would have been goal day. As it stands I am only halfway there. I guess maybe this time next year?
While I am a bit frustrated at slow progress, I remind myself that I am in much better shape than I was. Glass half full and all that.
ONEderland still seems so far away. Once I can break through that psychological barrier I will feel better.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

I have to remind myself that my body just needs time to adjust; being over 200+ lbs for 20+ yrs is going to take some time for my body to settle, ie muscle adaption, metabolism. I never realized how out of shape I was until I got in shape. Long story short, weight-loss has been a roller-coaster ride--ups and downs. So grateful to be in Onederland but, boy, seems like I'm going to be parked in the late 190s for a while. I'll just keep on pushing...
