Peanut butter blossoms (pb cookies with a Hershey kiss pressed on top)
Sesame noodles
Those are the two recipes I cook semi-regularly with peanut butter in them. Otherwise it’s used for pb&j sandwiches.4 -
I make this healthy yogurt with peanut butter, it tastes almost like cookie dough... I use 1 container vanilla greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon peanut/almond butter, optional honey or extra vanilla, and 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips. It's so good!61

I take the scale with a spoon, dip the spoon in the PB, weight it out and lick it off the spoon while drinking tea. Lemon ginger and apple cinnamon tea are both good with PB.16

What do you like to make with peanut butter? And don't be shy to share your recipe. (Healthy options)
I don't "make" anything with it. I just spread it to make a sandwich.
Been actually using a lot less in recent years after I had my gall bladder problems. Was avoiding oily stuff.3 -
I put it on pancakes with jam. Or mix it with my vegies (cooked with spices) to make a "satay". Or mix it in to yoghurt.
I used to put it in smoothies when I drank them. For less calorie friendly options, bake it in brownies or cookies, or use it in cake frosting.6 -
mmmm peanut butter I eat it everyday in some way.
On a spoon, PB&J sandwiches, on toast, on English muffins, on celery, on crackers. The only thing I make it in is a silk pie which I made for the first time last week.7 -
I made these the other day:
https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2018/03/05/ryan-reynolds-blondies/
I subbed the sugar for 1/2 cup of pitted dates soaked in boiling water till they softened (drained them and threw them in the food processor until they were a paste. I added i scoop (25 grams) of myprotein unflavored powder for a little extra protein. And I used the almond flour option.
Really delicious. My little one loves it too. Which is nice to make sure she's getting something that taste like a cookie but is much healthier than pillsbury6 -

Two tablespoons of jif creamy into my oatmeal every morning.
Makes me look forward to brekky every morning and stops me from eating it out of the jar the night before!12 -
I love peanut butter and a little bit of jam in my oatmeal...like kballsocc said, it keeps me from eating it out of the jar...and after doing this, I almost can't eat oatmeal without peanut butter.
I also really like to mix peanut butter with a little soy sauce and a tiny bit of olive oil and Sriracha, to make a quick sauce for stir fry (love it with sno peas, celery, onion & cabbage). So yummy and easy!14 -
I put it in oatmeal with a few chocolate chips. Or make cookies.7
