I've started eating 2 hard boiled eggs every morning and am not sure if this is a healthy choice to stick with long-term. Any thoughts on eating eggs every day?

If you like them, why not. I like more variety but that is me.

Nay for me because I'm intolerant to them, but if they don't cause you any digestive issues I don't see why having them every day would be a problem. Go for it if you like them.

Awesome. Thanks everyone. I guess I've been 90s brainwashed with the idea of eggs having horrible amounts of cholesterol.

I love eggs, including hard boiled eggs, but I'd get sick of them after a few days. As others have said, go for it if it's working for you!

I probably eat 6 eggs in a week, in various ways including as ingredients in other foods, but mainly for breakfast (scrambled or fried). We usually buy 1 dozen on Sunday and end up needing more every week.

I do about 70 a week, absolute staple for me whilst cutting, some with the yolk, some without.
I find to hit my protein macros, usually I have to eat protein only based foods as my last meal.
I'm a spicy food freak and love a spicy chicken tikka omelette with extra hot sauce.

Yooo this is awesome. I'm at 45 eggs per week. Staple for cutting and also for just calorie cycling. I like high carb/calorie days on the weekend.

Eggs are a most wonderful choice for every day consumption, whether real or pretend.

I eat them most days. They are healthy, high protein, low calorie, and easy to eat while driving to work.

I have been because they have them at the cafeteria at work - I agree with the others - filling, high in protein and easy to add to your log. Calories are not too bad either.

Eggs are my favorite protein. I like to fry them up with some fresh spinach and purple/red onion.
