Eggs Everyday? Yay or Nay?

I've started eating 2 hard boiled eggs every morning and am not sure if this is a healthy choice to stick with long-term. Any thoughts on eating eggs every day?

If you like them, why not. I like more variety but that is me.1

Individual foods end up being pretty meaningless as to healthy or not. You have to look at your entire diet. For me I’d get bored after a few days. I need variety and at least double the calories for breakfast.7

Food is fuel. "Oooh variety"... sounds like an emotional attachment to food and you do NOT want that. If the calories fit, you're good.34

Emotional attachment because some people can’t eat the same thing every day? For me it wouldn’t be sustainable and I’d end up binging on other foods.15 -
Eggs are great, they contain every nutrient except vitamin c. I like them a lot15

Yes I eat 2 everyday. They are nutritious and keep me full for hours. I eat them as a preworkout with toast or a waffle6

+1 For eggs great source of protein, you can buy a flat for $3.00 to $4.00 dollars great value for a great source of protein vs protein powder that can run up to 25.00 to 125.00 dollars6

They are a great complete protein and can be fixed so many ways! I am biased though, I keep chickens and usually have a good supply. Egg salad, quiche, scrambled, fried, poached, boiled, frittata, custard... just put an egg on anything.11

Nay for me because I'm intolerant to them, but if they don't cause you any digestive issues I don't see why having them every day would be a problem. Go for it if you like them.2

No, because i lived vegan.15

I eat 9 egg whites every day.9

Yay. LOVE eggs.3

Awesome. Thanks everyone. I guess I've been 90s brainwashed with the idea of eggs having horrible amounts of cholesterol.2

I love eggs, including hard boiled eggs, but I'd get sick of them after a few days. As others have said, go for it if it's working for you!
I probably eat 6 eggs in a week, in various ways including as ingredients in other foods, but mainly for breakfast (scrambled or fried). We usually buy 1 dozen on Sunday and end up needing more every week.3 -
I do about 70 a week, absolute staple for me whilst cutting, some with the yolk, some without.
I find to hit my protein macros, usually I have to eat protein only based foods as my last meal.
I'm a spicy food freak and love a spicy chicken tikka omelette with extra hot sauce.

Yooo this is awesome. I'm at 45 eggs per week. Staple for cutting and also for just calorie cycling. I like high carb/calorie days on the weekend.3 -

Yay, eggs!3

I eat them most days. They are healthy, high protein, low calorie, and easy to eat while driving to work.1

I have been because they have them at the cafeteria at work - I agree with the others - filling, high in protein and easy to add to your log. Calories are not too bad either.4

How do you feel about farm eggs? I have vegan friends who will eat the eggs from my happy chickens, whom they have met and who are going to lay eggs every day no matter what.8 -
Eggs are my favorite protein. I like to fry them up with some fresh spinach and purple/red onion.1
