Do 10 Something's every hour
Write in Journal
Work on training manual
Yesterday while standing in line at the grocery store I bought a magazine by Prevention called Walk Off Weight it's a guide on building up to a 5K and the optimum ways to walk to lose weight. I am hoping when the weather gets nice (please be soon) I can get out for walks in the evening to add to my 10 Something's. Then I will use the gym for the strength and not as much cardio.
I changed my goals a bit yesterday, I had wanted to lose 50lbs by my 50th, but when I looked at this realistically on a calendar I realized even if I was able to lose 2lbs per week from now until then I would still be 6lbs short of my goal. I know myself and this would be just the excuse I needed to give up because I failed, so I have lowered it to 30 by September. I still have 60 to lose by July 2019, just breaking it up differently.
I love this group, it is holding me accountable and I have felt so welcomed. Thank you all so much!

April goals
Under 163
Medication on track. I tend to forget a dose when unscheduled things pop up and then don't feel well. X1
Studio twice+ /week
Work on pink/blue quilt to be completed and on my bed! So close!
A couple other small projects.
Declutter entry further. It’s not actually an entry, per se. It’s a multipurpose room that we enter the house through. Laundry, storage, recycling, coats and shoes, etc. I want it less junky and I want less stuff in my space at any rate so I need to put more effort into this.

Think about how many calories you are burning. I have been using cleaning for exercise I would say think how nice it will be to have a clean house, but I know with three girls you are probably cleaning one room while they are messing another one.4 -

Haha exactly that!
I can’t even get one room fully tidy before the mess begins again!

I knew it, I had two girls and took kids in for a long time. Two of the girls one mine, one someone else's loved to help me clean. As grown ups, they still post on FB about their cleaning sprees. I clean when I'm angry too, since I'm using it as exercise right now my husband keeps asking if he's done something LOL2 -

- Clean girls room - half done! It was a lot to do!
- Clean car - moved til tomorrow
- Fix pipe at the back of the house - oops.. moved to tonorrow
- Oven if I have time - no time, will try do it this week.
Not the best day in terms of goals but I got ALOT done.
Girls room is done, got all the stray clothes into the washing basket or in a pile to be put away, got all the rubbish out of there and anything that wasn’t theirs and reorganised the toy box.
Didn’t make the beds but oh well they’re sleeping in them now! Lol!
Then got started the kitchen but with lunch and snacks popping up it just turned out to be a never ending clean up so left it til after tea.
Then the rabbit! My god he was overdue for everything!! A full cage clean, a brush... well I have to pull his hair out with my hands it’s the easiest way, he molts a lot especially at this time of year and it doesn’t fully come out so clumps just stick out from his coat making him look very worse for wear so I just pinch it out!
Then his nails, which I hate doing because he’s a fidgety bugger. And sometimes when you clip he jumps and it scares me half to death because it’s so quick lol!
But he loves being held like a baby on his back haha, any other time he hops away when being stroked but hold him like a baby and you can do anything!
And he’s got fresh litter and food, hay and veg
Happy bunny!
I’m knackered though now!
Having a sit down with my e-cig and a Coke Zero!

Haha it’s not unfortunately!!
Our pet store has adoption animals and we chose him from there. The person that bought him “from new” from the store took him home as a surprise and the family didn’t want him!
So we got him
And the store had named him Ron. We were gonna change it but it fit so well lol!3 -
Is it possible to get post-pregnancy food cravings?
Because avocado on toast is like heaven right now!3 -

1. Up @ 6 Didnt end up going to bed until after 12 so getting up was tough this morning but I did it!
2. Weigh/Breakfast / I always forget how quick it is to make an egg in the microwave(60seconds). I should be eating breakfast every morning but for some reason I just dont. So we're going to change that this month.
3. Pray/meditation
4. DH up @ 730 715 I think. Lol
5. Prep lunches
6. Bring workout clothes to work Decided not to go to the gym after work.
6. Leave @ 750 Got there early. Manager got their late. Great start to the day...
7. Work 815-515
8. Yoga session or gym(possibly) Would have too complicated to coordinate with D to pick me up.
9. Dinner/Dishes(leftovers) Made French Toast instead. Need to do the dishes before I go to bed. A few dishes here and there lead to a very full sink in a day or two
10. Pens game!!!! Total blowout!!! Pen's won 7-0! What a way to start the playoffs!
11. Tech off by 10:30 Maybe but doubtful. It's 10:17 and the DH isn't home yet.
12. Bed by 11:30 Also doubtful. I like to spend time with the DH when he gets home.
Today was a bit weird. My Bank Manager(BM) got to the branch 10 minutes late so we had to open very quickly. I think I had my first customer at about 8:45. The first two hours was mainly cash transactions. We were really busy actually. I did like 15 transactions in the 2 hours as well as a bunch of other morning things and such. My Head Teller(HT) who had the interview today said that it was probably the strangest one she had ever been on. We were all expecting the VP to give her an offer for the BM position. He didnt. He asked her mainly about her former job as an accountant. She brought up a few things that she wanted to talk about, including that I was doing really well and was impressed by me. She said that she should hear by the middle of next week. It was a totally strange experience apparently. My current BM is resigning on the 27th. There is no set in stone plan for what is going to happen when she is no longer here...it's going to be an interesting May.
To add another awesome thing about this job to the ever growing list...Even when I have a zillion things running through my head, 15 things on my to-do list and a customer sitting in front of me, I still manage to keep my cool with very little effort. Lol. I do not get nearly as overwhelmed as I used to at other jobs. I just take a deep breath and move forward. It helps that I am in an office that has people who know what they are doing and are sitting right next to me. That is a huge relief. I have also found that if I keep a clean and organized station, I feel so much better. I guess it is true what they say about a calm space causing a calm mind(at least I think they say that). Lol.
Well the DH just got home so I am going to post my goals and sign off for the night.

I did terribly food and exercise-wise yesterday, but it was not the priority in the end. We got our little kitten (Monty) and the girls were just so thrilled. When I walked in with him, the little one burst into tears of happiness. I was weirdly anxious about it all before I got him. Maybe trying to keep the surprise or just that it is another significant family event that I’m doing as a single parent? Since my ex left there have been a few milestones that have made me strangely emotional (being the tooth fairy for the first time with no one to share it with had me sobbing! Lol)
So I’m writing off anything fitness related just for yesterday and today is a new day.
