I think I only lost half a pound this week because I just began a couple weeks ago, so perhaps my water weight has leveled out a bit and now it’s all just a result of actual fat loss, can’t be sure though2 -

I like to do physical body measurements (upper arm, chest, waist, hips, thighs and calves) for two reasons 1) The scale can stay the same as I lose fat and gain muscle but my body measurements will shrink 2) I tell myself the weight plateau is because of all my workouts when in fact it isn’t and I need something that is more objective than my perspective.
Salt also can influence weight spikes/losses2 -

Feeling good about my loss this month. Getting ready to go away on vacation in a week, with plans to continue losing, even during my vacay. I actually tend to be more active on vacation than I am at home because I do not have to sit at a desk for 8 hours per day! I am totally craving the sunshine and the warm temperatures after such a loooooong winter. I will be spending a lot of time outside walking, hiking, snorkeling and swimming. I figure without the stress of my day-to-day life, and all the cortisol that goes with it, I may be able to hit my April goal!5 -
Happy Sunday, everyone!
Still here, still stuck. Up and down the same pound or two.
Been in the same 2 lb. range since January. Not going to lie, it's more than a bit frustrating.
Not giving up. I am more stubborn than this plateau.
This is deja-vu 18 years later. Then it was 202. Flirted with 195 and couldn't stay there. 202 was my body's happy place.
It would be easier to be stuck at 198-199. Mind games...
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
Weely averages:
March 26th to April 1st: 205.8
April 2nd to April 8th: 206.7
April 9th to April 15th: 205.8
Loss for April: 0.
MFP Loss: 27.2 lbs.
Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 37.2 lbs.
Until next week...
Move more, eat less.
