    Hello! I'm back! I missed Round 36...we were on vacation and I didn't have a scale. Had a great time...some days walked 20k+ steps and some I slugged at the pool. Now it's back to routine and weighing and logging in daily.

    SW March 2017 - 182.4
    OGW - 145 - smashed this in October 2017
    New GW - 140 - and some fitness goals on top of this as there are some family challenges we are planning for the summer and I want to keep up with my boys.

    03/28 - 141.4 - weigh in the day we left on our trip

    4/8 - no scale
    4/9 - 145.2 - not too bad...less than 4 lbs...the last 2 days spent blobbing in the car. I should see this come off pretty quickly with lots of hydration and getting back to my exercise routine...I put my work out gear on first thing this morning so no excuses.
    4/10 - 144.2 - The first couple after vacation always come off easily...its the last few that are "real"....gotta keep working at it...
    4/12 - 144.0 - better than nothing :smiley:
    4/13 - 142.6 - I thought there might be another bigish drop. I kind of shocked my system back into reality with my eating the last couple of days. I think I will add some calories back in to get the last few pounds to my current goal off a bit more slowly.
    4/14 - 143.4 - Sodium bounce I think...unplanned dinner out with my parents last night. Calories were good but I sure could taste the salt. I also did a pretty hard Kettlebell workout yesterday and it's been a few weeks so there my also be some muscle repair going on. It's not a huge increase so it doesn't phase me....and that's what daily weighing and logging has taught me over the last year.
    4/15 - 143.0 - not bad considering I gave into some mid cycle peri-menopause carb cravings yesterday...

    4/8 - 63.3kg (+0.1kg) - I had a really tough time personally last round and put on 1.8kg. Looking to get rid of that weight and be back on track by the end of this round.
    4/9 - 63.4kg (+0.1kg) - Back on the wagon today. Pre-logged my food and am making plans for the week ahead. Nothing grand, just small and achievable changes.
    4/10 - 63.2kg (-0.2kg)- Didn't quite stick to my plan but I did pretty well. Late dinner and a few sweets threw me off but considering the day I had, I am counting it as a win!
    4/12 - 63.2kg (+0.0kg) - The struggle continues. I did say no to topping off my bad day of eating with an ice cream though, so that is a plus right?
    4/13 - 62.6kg (-0.8kg) - Oh thank *kitten* for that. I've been super bloated from a 12 day TOM (sorry TMI) and last night I started to notice my swollen tummy had deflated. Looks like the scale recognises it as well! Closed off my diary under maintenance for the first time in weeks yesterday too. Feeling good!
    4/14 - 62.6kg (0.0kg) - That's fine by me! Happy to be in the 62s again. Plan for the weekend, if it's dry, going for a run Saturday morning to make room for some extra calories at a girls night on Saturday. Would like to finish this round in the 62s still.

    4/15 - 62.6kg (0.0kg) - Pleasant surprise after take away last night. Will be happy if I maintain this weight for the rest of the round.

    4/10 – 166.3 – I’m OK with this because I haven’t worked out in 3 days so I expect this to change tomorrow
    4/12 - 165.5 - walked 7 miles and was under calories
    4/13 - 165.3 - did 3 miles on the elliptical and stayed under calories
    4/14 - 165.5 - did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training and under calories

    @mz144 The daybed in my sewing room was piled high with projects and clothes. I went through them the other day and found some things I bought on sale almost 2 years ago. They were a little tight then, would not have even been able to get in them last year and now fit fine or are loose! Removed tags and threw them in the laundry. What a great feeling! YOU CAN DO THIS!
