Please join us! Starting on 4/8....JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 37 Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Newbie question: I noticed some post their goal weight. Is the goal weight what you hope to achieve by the end of the 10 days or your overall goal? Likewise, is the original starting weight for the beginning of the round or when you made the decision to get a healthy lifestyle?1

I had a lovely time, ate loads and relaxed. Tomorrow will be the first time I've stepped on a scale for 2 weeks. It will be interesting....

Whatever you like!!
I've been in since round 4 and what I like is how relaxed the group is. Sometimes I post goals but most times I don't. I calculate average weight per round (because I fluctuate a lot!) but other people post total lost for the round while others do ST, CW, GW, UGW. Totally up to you....whatever works.
If you look back at previous rounds in the challenge forum you will see there is lots of variety!

It can be either really I do GW for the challenge then there is EGW end goal weight overall maintenance number I want to hit one day. But there is no strict rules. And SW I do for start of the round but I also have start weight from my true beginning.

I'm in! I've been absent from mfp for over 2 years. Should have never left cause I gained back what I lost then. But I started back last Wednesday (4/4) and I'm off to a great start. Not going to set a goal for my first round here. Any weight lost will be a win!
