    OSW: 203
    CGW: 190
    R37 Goal: 197

    Day/Weight/Comment
    4/8 -- 201.2
4/9 -- 201.0 mostly on plan today. I adjusted my expectations from 1200 calories per day to 1370 -- I just wasn't able to make it on a consistent basis. I'd prefer to lose slower and set lifestyle habits for myself than potentially lose faster but with a plan I can't sustain.
    4/10 -- 200.6
4/11 -- 198.6 I like this whoosh! Ironically I'm finding it a lot easier to stay under 1200 calories when I allow myself a daily limit of 1370. Whatever tricks my brain wants to use are fine with me.
4/12 -- 197.6 Still whooshin'. I know that this is just the starting whoosh that comes after getting back on track after a long time of giving in to bad habits. I'm hoping to move well along the road before it tapers off.
4/13 -- 196.8 Starting to worry that I'm going to bounce back badly when I stop whooshing. I have been perfectly on plan all week, though, so maybe it's legit.
4/14 -- 196.4 First time I stepped on the scales it read 196.0. Thought I should check again. Hope I can hold on to this until the end of the challenge.
4/15 -- 196.4 Looks like the whoosh is finally over.
4/16 -- 196.6 Whoosh is very definitely over. Hope I don't bounce back too badly. I need to watch that I don't slip into bad habits now I don't have the strong positive reinforcement of major progress.
4/17 -- 196.8 Still bouncing back, and still working hard not to let it derail me.

Made my goal. Ready for the next round!

    Ending weight (round 36) - 185.0

    4/8 - 184.0
4/9 - 185.4....CRAP, here I go again! I don't like this ride anymore. Up & Down is making me dizzy......
    4/10 - 184.8
4/11 - 186.0....OOPS! Tuesday's usually get away from me. TOPS weigh in, so I treat myself to fast food &
dessert afterwards. Back on track now! Tomorrow will be a better weight.
    4/12 - 185.8
    4/13 - 186.4
    4/14 - 186.8
    4/15 - 187.5
4/16 - 188.6.... Holy Crap! Just because the weather is bad, doesn't give me the go ahead to binge!
4/17 - 187.2....Jeez Loueez. Up 3 pounds this round. WTH is wrong with me?

It won't be easy, but it will be worth it!
My ultimate goal is 170lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

    1988 high school graduation 185-190lbs
    weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5
new goal - drop below 190 feed and watered
    round 33 - start=215lbs end 202lbs
round 34 - start = 202 end 192.8lbs stomach empty and bone dry
    round 35 - start = 192 end 196lbs
    round 36 – 195lbs no change.
Round 37 goal – if I manage to maintain 195 I will be happy. I will be celebrating birthweek.
    4/8 – 194lbs. 700 calories under food goal.
4/9 – 195lbs – still good considering its Monday. Birthday party tonight at local pub that cooks a mean bacon, ham, cheeseburger and the best fried mushrooms. Better have a skip lunch to have room for the 1300 calorie dinner
4/10 195lbs – I so wanted the steak buffet. Oh well the wife promised this weekend when kids might be able to make it. Had awesome 1600 calorie burger and mushrooms. Then did cardio for over an hour. Way to many birthday cocktails.
4/11 – 196lbs up 1 pound. I think it’s the snacks late last night at Spanish class.
4/12 – 192lbs - I have no idea why. Maybe the workout on Monday. Maybe 600 calorie food deficit yesterday?
4/13 – 194lbs – nothing but cucumbers until dinner at the steak buffet tonight. I am planning on cardio today to balance out the 3 pounds of meat I am planning on having.
4/14 – 196 – logged 2 pounds of filet minion instead of listing all the different meats at the buffet last night. Just got done with an hour of cardio. I find it hard to believe I am not pushing 200 after all the feed I have had during Birthweek. Starting Monday I go back to normal life.
4/15 – 192lbs and 54% water, why? Possibly the 2 days in a row with cardio, maybe < 150 calories before big dinner? Finished the day 1500 calories below maintenance that is only if you don’t count the whiskey.
4/16 – 192.0lbs – a new 20 year low! Not sure how this happened while on vacation the last 4 days. Wife keeps telling me to eat.

4/17 194lbs – well I listened to the wife and eat out for lunch and dinner. Fast food even with good choices packs on the pounds for me. Finished this round at starting weight. I am happy with that since we had a lot of bday party meals

Struggling with some life events and sadness. Trying to hang in there.
    Woman, Age 46, 5'6"
    OSW: 252

    Round 32: SW 240.6; EW 241.6 (+1.0), Ave 241.92
    Round 33: SW 241.6; EW 238.2 (-3.4), Ave 239.84 (-2.08)
    Round 34: SW 238.2; EW 237.2 (-1.0), Ave 238.28 (-1.56)
Round 35: SW 237.2--vacation started halfway
Round 36: Late SW 238.8; EW 239--vacation ended halfway
    Round 37: SW 238.8; EW 237.4 (-1.4), Ave 238.10

4/8 / 238.8 / Trying to hold on despite wanting to drown my sorrows in cake.

4/9 / 239 / Am feeling a bit more like myself today, despite TOM wonkiness. Back at work this morning. The routine sometimes really helps me.

    4/10 / 237.4 / Feeling better yet again. Excellent.

4/11 / 239 / Bouncy bouncy bouncy! Still, my mood is so much improved it's not even in the same ballpark, so I ain't complainin' for once.

    4/12 / 237.8 / I'm hungry! I was hungry yesterday, too. Bah!

    4/13 / 238.8 / At some point, I'll stop wanting to eat everything. I hope. :)

    4/14 / 238.8 / Maybe things are settling down.

4/15 / 236.8 / Weighed late this morning, so this is likely a false loss!

4/16 / 237.2 / Under calories yesterday for the first time in a while. Woot! I'm feeling way more in control of everything right now, which is a great feeling after a couple of weeks of real struggle to feel like I had the power to make changes. I'm human. I will struggle at times. I just need to hoist myself up again and again and keep moving forward. Consider myself hoist!

4/17 / 237.4 / I didn't gain this round and actually lost. Given how sad and frantic I was at the start, that is my win. I'm feeling good about the next round and I hope to see your dear and familiar faces/avatars/names over there, plus newcomers!

    4/16 169.4 1.5 hours of exercise
    4/17 170.4

Feeling discouraged. I worked my butt off, stayed within my calorie allotment, but can't seem to break 170. I'm not sure if daily weight measurement is a good thing.

I changed my settings to public if anyone would like to take a peek into my ridicules diet. try not to judge me to harshly. look forward to any input. feel free to email.

Your diet can't possibly be that ridiculous if it's working for you. Lol

@tiabirdie56 - thank you - I have some bad habits that i plan for so some days are a little ridiculous.

Did you change it back already? I'm always curious about how others eat. I wouldn't mind feedback on my own either.

@lydlou02 - i thought it was changed - i will double check. please let me know if you take a peek
