    @tiabirdie56 - thank you - I have some bad habits that i plan for so some days are a little ridiculous.

    Did you change it back already? I'm always curious about how others eat. I wouldn't mind feedback on my own either.

    I wanted to see what happened when I went off keto, as some say you gain 6-10 lbs in water weight.  I definitely saw a gain; but nothing significant ... Going to go back on keto at least until vacation or I get to my goal weight.

    4/9 - 249.5- planned out breakfast and lunch, what's for dinner is the million dollar question...
    4/10-248.5- salad for breakfast and lunch :) almost got in 10,000 steps yesterday
    4/11-251- too much salt for dinner last night :( increasing my water today
    4/12-250-did better yesterday but too many bites of little guy's leftovers, will do better today!
    4/13-251- :( ate salad for dinner then ate again with the kiddos, wasn't even hungry, ughhh
    4/14-250.5- better
    4/15-251- no excuses, need to plan out my meals, last minute=bad choices
    4/16-250.5-salad for lunch, but what to make for dinner? hmmm....
    4/17-250- small steps in the right direction, ready for round 2!

    4/12 195.4... Ate at a friends house last night, did pretty well and exercised, so I could enjoy it. But still ate much later then I have been. I was actually expecting a gain. It still may be lurking.

    @DebCountsAll. I had the same situation when we cruised last October - logging in my phone but no internet. I’ll be cruising again in a couple of weeks but there is a way to adjust your streak. Go to Help and search for adjust streak. I took a picture of the directions but it won’t load the picture! URGGG TECHNOLOGY!

    @CynthiaByrne On the bright side, you are down from yesterday!

    @Sparx_81 I agree about grieving and you will notice I was speaking of celebrating. I did not celebrate any of the 9 deaths we suffered in a 9 month period- including 3 of our 4 parents. I was so numb with grief that I lost interest in EVERYTHING and I certainly ate to compensate.

    @ClaudiaDawn2 Hang in there!! It took me FOUR MONTHS to bouncy-bounce through the 140’s. YOU CAN DO THIS!

    @ElizabethAN2017 I feel so much better on Keto I can’t imagine quitting. When I get to my desired weight, I will stay Keto but adjust my macros to maintain.
