1 1/2 weeks untilI go to muy parents for a mini vacation with the kids. I have lost 17 pounds since we were there in February. I am going to make it an even 20 by the time we go.2 -

Really proud of myself- Sundays are my maintenance day (I don't care if it slows down my progress, I've learned that I need it or I'll give give up) and I only went over my normal daily calories by 200! I'm full and satisfied and don't plan on eating anything else:-) hope all of you are having a good night!2

Last weekend I had a hydrostatic scan and was pleasantly surprised. It gave me a body fat percentage 5 points less than my home scale! But I still have work to do.
Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary and we are going to a nice steak dinner I plan to enjoy. Then back to work on Sunday.

I haven’t heard much to update on as my scale has been pretty stagnant, but I was able to run for 20 minutes straight and not die (I despise running) and my work pants (which are infamously uncomfortable for women) are becoming less miserable to wear.3

My update isn’t too crazy yet. I did purchase a scale and have weighed daily as opposed to weekly and it is reassuring to see how much it truly does fluctuate. I’m down .7 this week.2

I didn't lose anything this week, but I finally gained the motivation to start working out! It's finally starting to get warm out, so I need to step it up!

I am so excited to be going to my parent's house 20 pounds lighter than I was when we visited at the end of February. They don't know that I have been working on losing weight so I hope that they will notice the difference.3
