    Round 35 SW: 88.4kg
    Round 36 SW: 86.1kg
    Round 37 SW: 87.4kg
    Round 38 SW: 85.4kg
    Ultimate GW: 70ish.
    Goals this round: eat better, track calories, be as active as my lupus will allow.

    4/19 Travel for Work had fun in Atlanta traveling is a hassle gets everything off
    4/20 272.0 Late start to this challenge but back from travelling for work and ready to start again
    4/21 271.6 Getting back in the groove should be great weekend for hiking and moving
    4/22 272.8 Surprising gain but looking like water going back ino those muscles
    4/23 273.0 Time to tighten up the logging and get going the right way
    4/24 272.0 back in right directio had good gym time last night and was on target
    4/25 271.7 Still moving right direction I'll take it
    4/26 271.6 Rest day from gym should get a hike in this evening
    4/27 271.0 Missed the goal but travel really threw things out of whack so good learning experience

    Nothing works unless you have a sustained calorie deficit over time. Anything will work if you have a sustained calorie deficit over time.

    Motivation is overrated. What you need is education, willingness to eat less, a good plan, and discipline to stick to it.
