    I do this about 4 times a week but I do 2- 2 minute sets (without the rests in between). You will want to puke after your first time doing it, but after a while you'll learn to love it. Seriously, its one of my favorite workouts to do now.

    OMG this is exactly what we do in my boot camp class except we run 3-5 laps in between and then start all over. We do it for 60 minutes.....Killer!!!

    Thinking of giving this a try!! Don't know about it burning all those calories though, but we'll see. Be interesting to see what people with a HRM will get as their burn :)

    There is a video on youtube of the guy walking you through it. I successfully complete two minutes of it before feeling like I'm going to die. It's intense, but I think they pay of is worth it for 4 minutes.

    I made it through half of the jumping jacks at 3:30 and I lost it. That was...incredible.

    Just make sure you print it out or have some way to have it in front of you as you do it. I kept having to use my breaks to see what the next cycle was, and try to watch my timer at the same time.

    My hr is just insane right now.

    Edit: Oh and I didnt die.
