    Ehh cardio could still use some improvements. We have been doing a lot of body weight exercises and using our chemical jugs that we have on the boat as weights. Plus we go kayaking in the evening a couple times a week

    What about jumping in and swimming a few laps?

    No swimming in the swamp for me.


    Bet it would be the best Cardio completed in your life!

    Then when they bite off a leg.. 50 pounds gone instantly! Win/Win! :D

    Wadle on a boat with a peg leg is the best thing I've thought about all day. I only hope I lose an eye shortly after.

    Alright guys so I woke up in the middle of the night last night and it felt like I had some water in my ear. So I spent 30 minutes slamming my head against my pillow trying to get it out. Then I went to the bathroom to get a q-tip to try and get it. Another 30 min went by and I finally pull a ladybug out of my ear.
