I finely got on a scale this evening
I have faithfully gone to the gym 4 days a week.
SW: 280 lbs
UGW: 180 lbs
CW: 277 lbs

CGW: 190

Now: 192.2
Progress: 12.2
This week was a struggle. My big starting whoosh ended, and even though I stuck to good habits my body wanted to plateau or even move backwards. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to give in and cheat. My saving grace was that I was smart with my grocery shopping and didn't have any junk in the house.
Hope next week will be better.

Gained 1.6 lbs this week while on vacation. Surprised it's not more since I went off meal plan and ate tooooo many carbs. I paid the price for that and swelled up like a balloon (weight almost 260 when I got back but it came off in a couple days of getting back on meal plan). Getting back to work will reset my schedule and I'm pretty confident I'll have better news next week. See you guys then, good luck this week!4 -

I don’t own a scale, this makes it hard to set a day.
I have lost 4 lbs since I joined y’all.
My gym has a challenge that starts on the 7th,
So I will try to go 5 to 6 days a week (normally 4 )
And make an effort to eat better and regularly, this has been very hard for me with irregular hours in the restaurants.
And my cooks don’t help, as I was making a salad.... “hey Chef, want bacon2 -

Mornin' Y'all! Here are my latest weigh-ins.
7 FEB 18: 332lbs
1 MAR 18: 318.6lbs
1 APR 18: 308.8lbs
1 MAY 18: 288.8lbs
I started at 332lbs and want to get to 220lbs or 12% body fat. Once I hit one of those goals I THINK I'd like to get back to about 245lbs by adding muscle. I really started focusing on my fitness when I started logging meals and walking/working out daily back in Feb. By the end of April, I was really having trouble meeting my daily macro goals so I switched to a keto macro split which was more in line with where I was falling out naturally. I also started intermittent fasting and have been doing both for a few weeks now with some (in my opinion) significant success. I'm already way under my original goal weight for May and within reach of my original August goal. Still plugging away every day. Feel free to add me to your friend list as I love seeing everyone's successes in my feed. I'm not really very chatting but am a big fan of the 'like' button. Keep up the great work everyone!4 -

Lost over 5 lbs this past week since returning home from vacation. Getting back to my usual routine definitely has proven effective. (I went to a wedding last night and still managed to drop some oz into weigh in day!) I'm 5 lbs from my next goal weight!! It's a bit overzealous to plan for hitting it next week but I'm confident sometime this month I'll be there. See y'all next week!4 -
