This is a progress shot of a long-term recomp/gradual weight loss. 11 months and only about 5 lb difference between top and bottom. Ultimate goal is to lose 7 more lbs and go from a 24.5 (current) bf% to 21.5%.

Lost 155 pounds went from 360 to 205 . Mother of 4 needed to take back my life and I did! Eat less move more .

It’s not much (literally 1/8 of the way to goal) but this is 11kg worth of progress over 3.5 months. Pretty proud of my consistency.76

Before and after losing 80 pounds

Last year's progress. 180lbs - 143lbs. (Second picture is still around 180lbs but I am carrying about 30lbs of it on my back). Starting again now that it's nearing summer after more or less maintaining the same 5lbs all winter, hoping to lose about 30lbs more (I am 5'3").
