Why is (carefully planned) rapid weight loss bad?

It has taken me a life time to lose weight, every time I have done it I lose massive weight and then keep it off for quite a few years until my heart gets broken, and then my hand and mouth become best friends. When you have cancer most people think you would look like a skinny rat but it kills your immune system and its hard to lose weight later on. But to take that outside an shake that image off. What really hurts me is the FEAR OF DEATH! And what would happen if I died, then who would take care of my kids, or who would take care of my grandchild. This has been my biggest issue. Death! the fear to go jogging stopped me because of being attacked, I carried that fear everywhere I have gone. The fear that if I take my grandchild to the park and I have a heart attack she would be left alone and she could be kidnaped. the fear that if I was driving with my grandchild in the car and I would have a accident she would or could be hurt. These fears are REAL and they are Paranoia and in that it is Real FEAR!~
But, to stay in the house, do “home schooling” (K-12). The computer does all for kids now with 3 teachers so you don't even have to be smart as long as the child is dedicated. The reason I said that is when you stay home the frig is steps away and boredom sets in, and I can walk to my frig 30 or 100 times a day without thought. To exercise in your house alone without anyone else wanting to support you is very hard to find the motivation.
It has taken me many years and 7yrs in fact with home schooling to finally have my own life, but still in the house for protection for 8 hrs. a day. I can now go out my door and sunbath, I can exercise in my room, I can fix small meals and cook things I like not having to worry about who likes what.
To Find YOURSELF! is not a easy thing. When you’re no longer "The Wife", or "The MOTHER". "The Teacher" or "The Preacher", "The Live in Nurse", "The Grandmother". All these Names or Titles! Little by little are fading away and the only thing left is "ME" "MYSELF" and "I".

I'm no expert, but I'vetaken many classes in regards to the body in college. This does not sound healthy. You need food to keep your body energized. Also when you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat. I think you need to find a good plan and work towards self control with your eating. Dieting doesn't work, lifestyle changes do. Fasting for 2 days does not sound like a healthy lifestyle, but working on self control with food is great for a new lifestyle.17

Starvation mode isn't a thing. Adaptative Thermogenesis definitely is, which is where your body will adapt and slow it's metabolic functions down.7 -
