@DananaNanas, You do know it's fluid retention. My remedy is hot lemon water in the mornings. Fresh parsley steeped in hot water, 20mins, drink cooled. Fresh parsley included in salads. Any or all everyday while needed.

Lol yeah it is irritating. I've been dealing with fluid retention for 2 months. I just bought a fresh bunch of parsley and bag of lemons today0 -

•5/21 - 199.6 - I made my goal weight on May 17th, now I'm dealing with fluid retention. My weight went back up to 200.2 the next day then down to 199.8, 199.2, 199.6. I'll just have to wait it out. One more week to go!
