    I weigh in on MFP officially every Sunday morning, so I'll post weekly updates then.

    April 15- 184.7
    April 22- 180.1
    *I think since this was a week where I was *really* focused on getting back on track, I lost more than I ever have in a week. A bowl of ramen at a restaurant on the 22nd already had this morning's weigh-in up from Sunday's weight, but hoping to see a number in the 170's next Sunday!

    My birthday is June 21! I am working to be down total of 60 by June 21; I am 32 lbs down so far.. lets do this!

    I'm in! Will weigh in on Tuesdays so the weekend weight that's inevitable every once in a while won't be so bad. ;)

    Not sure where to go with this, but Frid the 20th I was 218. Today I was 214.6 I guess I'll take today

    I'm 159.6, but I'm going to have to round up. 159 probably is more accurate as I (tmi) am kind of constipated right now and I was 159 some days of this week. Still, it's a drop from last week, so I should be happy. At 1lb per week I probably won't reach my goal of being in the 140s by June 21st. I really ought to start running again, but the weather has been tragic the last couple of weeks here. Rain, rain, and more rain. I can't run in the rain because I have alopecia, and having wet hair would expose all my bald patches. Same issue with windy weather.

    How's everybody doing?

    Well, I'm doing just great! I did have an uptick in weight this week. Fluid retention is so frustrating. It's a battle, but I'll be the winner ;)

    I downloaded the Libra weight tracker app - it tracks trends and shows expected dates to goals. I entered my long term goal and got really overwhelmed. I switched my goal to 199.9 with my goal date of 6/21 and it said my expected goal date was actually June 6th at my current rate. I know I'll slow down a bit in terms of lbs/week but it really helped me feel like I CAN DO THIS!!! I'll rejoin another 3 month challenge and adjust my goal again at that time. Until then, keep at it everyone, well done!

    AJB1014, Thanks! We are just about neck and neck. My water retention has been no joke! I've battled my way down from 215. I'm so close to 200lbs. It seems my body just loves to tease me. Lol. On April 30th, my weight was 204.8, then dropped to 203 on the 1st, now back to 204.8. Today, 204. Smh GOOD LUCK to you! If you reach ONEDERLAND before me, don't wait! Lol.

    Hi everyone!

    I am late to the game but I'm in. I've recently gained about 15 pounds. Trying to lose them all by June 15th! I have a late start. My weigh in's are Monday mornings.

    That's why I do my weigh-ins and progress pics on Friday mornings... gives me the week to get over my weekend! LOL

    Hahaha- my problem is I tend to be pretty on track during the week, and then one meal on the weekend seems to undo all my hard work :'( So knowing I have that Sunday morning weigh-in *usually* helps me make better decisions on Saturday evenings ;)

    5/16 - 204.6 - The honeymoon period has worn off and my weight loss is slowing down. I went up to 206.8 over the weekend and have just come back down to the 204.6 - I maintained around 205.2 for a few days. It was a good week that I really enjoyed with lots of celebrations so I'm not sweating it too much.

    @AJB1014, You're doing great! I have noticed that those of us that have reached 212/210 lbs to 200 lbs and just under seem to be on a tumultuous ride! I know that I will eventually get under 200, but it is filled with ups and downs. I have gotten to the point now that I won't update my progress on MFP until my weight settles for a few days.

    5/23 - 202.0 - Sick the past two days - expecting some fluctuations but hoping to keep the downward trend going as I recover.
