Need quick BREAKFAST ideas. PLEASE HELP

I have my Visalus Nutritional Shake! So filling and so many different recipes! Plus you get tons of nutrients and they contain less than one gram of sugar! The shake mix itself is only 90 calories! Even with adding fruits, pb or whatever they average about 300 calories! you can make them the night before, stick it in the fridge, then grab it on your way out and drink it on your way to work!0

I pop 2 Kellog Eggo Nutri-grain whole wheat low fat waffles in the toaster and spread peanut butter on them....yummy and filling!0

For the times that I have to eat on the run, I like to have a piece of fruit and a Vitatop. Vitatops are like muffin tops, 100 calories and packed with fiber and vitamins. You find them in the freezer section, there are several different flavors... watch the fiber, because some of the flavors have more than others and you wouldn't want more than one. They are individually wrapped, so you can take it to go... or pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to defrost and warm it up.0

Egg scrambles are a quick way to fit a lot of healthy stuff into the start of your day. If you've got any veggies nearing the end of their lifespans (cabbage, peppers, broccoli) chop off a few slivers and throw them in a pan with a serving of eggs or egg whites. The whole process can take less than five minutes, it's more filling than cereal or fruit alone, and the added fiber will give you more energy at the start of your day. (You can always soak the pan while you're at work and wash it when you get home!)0

I make baked oatmeal with apples, raisins, almond milk, eggs and spices. I make a big batch that last me for at least 6 meals. I eat it cold with plain fage or Chobani Greek yogurt.0

I do 6 tbsp of egg whites (I think it's equivalent to 2 eggs), a Thomas Everything Bagel-Thin with mustard (sounds weird, so good), and some fresh fruit. The egg whites cook in about a minute. It's a very quick and filling breakfast!0

I am an egg eater and breakfast is my meal of the day! I scramble 2 eggs in olive oil with a dash of fat free milk to fluff and pop 2 slices of turkey bacon in the microwave for 2 minutes. By the time the bacon is done, the eggs are just about done. Throw the eggs on the plate with the bacon and in 5-7 minutes, I have a protien packed breakfast! I wake up allowing myself 15 minutes to prep and eat breakfast. Remember; it's important to sit down and eat and enjoy your food! I'm new here too, today is my second day.0

I grab my breakfast as I'm running out the door for work and eat at my desk. Lately I've been eating Fage fat free greek yogurt mixed with sugar free cherry jello powder. It adds up to 140 cals and 23g protein. Also, it is a fabulous shade of pink. Other mornings I try to mix it up with cottage cheese and fruit, fruit smoothies, or steel cut oatmeal flavored with different stuff.
What ratio of yogurt to jello powder do you use... i have read this on another thread but i am not sure if its one box of mix to a 6 oz of yogurt or if its more like a tbsp of powder to 6 oz of yogurt. i really want to try this. I also read you can mix a packet of crystal light into 6 oz of plain greek yogurt. I am trying that tomorrow.
I don't actually measure it....I just sprinkle it in until I like the color. I think 1 box is supposed to be 4 servings, but I guess I probably use less than 1 serving. I know I've eaten it more than 4 times since I opened the last box and it's far from empty.0 -
1 cup of corn flakes, 1 cup skim lactose-free milk, 2 TBLSP raisins, 2 TBLSP almonds or sunflower seeds. This is 415 calories and with the mono-unsaturated fat of the nuts, it will hold you until lunch. It is fast, especially if you bag up a bunch of these, minus the milk and have them ready to grab and pour into your bowl. I have eaten this every day for the past 6 months and am still not tired of it. Good Luck0

I cut up a 45 calorie white turkey hot dog and a half cup of egg white, pourable, into microwave egg cooker. Nuke 2 minutes. Take with cup of Kuerig coffee. Total 97 calories. Holds me for four hours.0

I hard boil a week's worth of eggs and have one with 2 pieces of canadian bacon in the morning. Both are already cooked so it's really grab and go. If I have more time I might fry an egg in a non-stick skillet (no oil or butter) and heat the canadian bacon along with it. That gives me enough protein to make it until lunch for under 200 calories. Usually I will add a little fresh or dried fruit too.0

I posted this in another (similar) thread, but I think it applies here too:
1 part (by weight) brown sugar
2.5 parts (by weight) rolled oats
4 parts (by weight) greek yoghurt
Combine in a bowl and mash into a paste, enjoy.
This can be varied almost infinitely according to your wishes....Brown sugar can be substituted with any other sugar you may prefer - or honey - or any flavored or unflavored sirup you prefer. You can even use artificial sweetener if you want to go extra low on calories.
Rolled oats of different textures (finely rolled, coarsely rolled) may be used to create the texture you want. And the greek yoghurt comes in different fat-% which you can use to adjust calories and/or texture.
It takes about 2 minutes to make and a portion of 150 grams total (about 300 calories - using 2 fat-% greek yoghurt) can keep me going for several hours on an ordinary day (your mileage may vary).0 -

I'm not big on most breakfast foods although I have eaten Oatmeal squares cereal this week. This morning, I had a half a deli chicken and havarti cheese sandwich on pumpernickel. I prefer a sandwich to traditional breakfast. Heck I've eaten veggie soup for breakfast before.0

Egg muffins, I make them in about 30 minutes on Sunday for the whole week.
5 eggs
chopped veggies - I do onion and mushroom
2% cheddar cheese
muffin pan
muffin cups
Pre-heat the oven to 375.
Scrambled the five eggs into a bowl or mixing cup with a spout. Put five muffin cups in your pan and spray them with cooking spray. Layer first you veggies, then add a bit of cheese. Once down with all five them pour the egg mixture into the cups over the veggies and cheese until each is mostly full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove, let cool, and then store in the fridge, they'll keep for a bit over a week. I take mine to work with a english muffin and nuke it for about a minute.

As long as you have 15 minutes, my breakfast usually works: 3 egg whites with soy sause, a bannana (small) and Frigo's Cheese Heads Light String cheese. I usually eat the eggs at home then drive to work eating the bannana and cheese. And I have a five minute drive to work0

I love 1-2 egg whites scrambled with a small amount of tobasco fried and topped with 1-2 tbsp shredded cheese. Top with salsa and wrap in a tortilla! Very tasty and filling. I also do 1-2 egg whites fried, top with 1 slice of turkey or ham and 1 slice cheese on 12 grain toast! This is so quick, easy and tasty!
Yogurt parfaits are easy also. I like light and fit vanilla yogurt with kashi go lean crunch cereal and fresh fruit. Such a good treat for breakfast or middle of day snack.0 -
I like to cut a banana in half length wise and then add Better than peanut better in the middle, keeps me full til lunch0

Cottage cheese & fruit, or a hard boiled egg-discard yolk & fill with flavored hummus. It's kind of like a deviled egg.0

I also do a protein shake every morning, which I make the night before and grab out of the fridge on my way out. I typically use almond milk or coconut kefir (I'm sensitive to dairy), protein powder, about a cup of frozen fruit and 2 tbsp of flax meal. It's very filling and will last me from 7:30 until my next scheduled 'snack', which is usually a piece of fruit at around 11:00.0

My all-time favourite has to be low fat rice cakes with peanut butter and sliced banana...its quick, tastes amazing and keeps you full for ages x0

Natural fat free yoghurt with Granola for me or a poached egg (takes 30 seconds in the microwave) on a slice of toast !

My cousin sent me some weight watchers recipes that are sooo easy 200 cal or less. They are eggbeaters microwaved in a mug. They are called bean n cheesy soft taco in an egg mug, all american egg mug, say cheese egg mug, veggi eggs-plosion mug, its all greek to me mug, Never cared for eggbeaters but these are tasty. I will see if they can be saved for you to search. Made in 5 min or less. Let me know if you can not find them. Good luck.
I love the Egg Mugs... those are all actually from a book called Hungry Girl 200 Under 200. It has a ton of great recipes all under 200 calories!0
