    I imagine real anxiety would be waiting for the ramp of a Higgins boat to drop into three feet deep water on a Normandy beach. Then running 200 yards thru strewn body parts, with forty pounds of gear on my back, while Nazi machine guns spray the ground in front of me and behind me, often cutting down my friends to my left and to my right.

    Then there are other times I worry that I can't find a good parking spot at Nordstrom's or that my lunchtime pasta dish will be served with the wrong sauce.
