    Could feel it coming to be up a bit. 10 weeks until July 1st.

    Yes, it has been a couple of weeks since my last post...But here I am. Doing fantastic! Keeping on track, not feeling denied or missing my extra chocolates.

    This past weekend was our first shakedown backpacking trip for our July New Mexico trip. Nine Scouts (teenagers) and two adults, one of the Scouts couldn't make it. We had a GREAT weekend. I ate a lot (we tend to do that to stay fueled) and still managed to drop 1 lb during the week.
    More important, I felt great and we all had a blast. What a great group of guys.

    Making great progress. I am actually a bit ahead of plan. Knowing the first lbs are easier and the last few can be quite a challange. But I am ready.
    Thanks for keeping me on track.

    You're all doing so well! Wish I had found this group earlier as it's already the summer but will aim to finish September when I return to work from maternity leave. Baby us now nearly 6 months and so far I've lost 35 lb and want to lose another 21 lb.

    If today were my weigh-in day, it would look like I gained 1.4 pounds since Friday. But I know better; the trend still suggests I'm losing somewhat consistently with a few hiccups here and there.

    I really find using the rolling average helps minimize any stress associated with seeing those little bumps. I can keep working on my progress and know that the data suggest I'm being successful even when that scale tries to joke around with me.
