I'm close to the UGW I set a long time ago, 145. I've realized for a while, I need to reevaluate and lose at least another 10 lbs but it will be so great to hit the first goal. I need to focus, though.

5/18 179.6/ I'm pleasantly surprised to see a loss, I'm hoping to keep that up throughout this week.
5/19 178.2/ I’m surprised to have a loss since I went out last night and had salty food.
5/20 178.8/ All of the salt is catching up with me, I will be eating at home all day today which will hopefully help!

5/18 = 151.6 Slowly, slowly headed down. I've definitely joined the turtle club. But, I'm pretty happy where I am right now, so slow is good. Don't have to buy new clothes again quite as quickly as before.
