If today were my weigh-in day, it would look like I gained 1.4 pounds since Friday. But I know better; the trend still suggests I'm losing somewhat consistently with a few hiccups here and there.

    cgpe4gj3lkgf.png

I really find using the rolling average helps minimize any stress associated with seeing those little bumps. I can keep working on my progress and know that the data suggest I'm being successful even when that scale tries to joke around with me.

Seems like as the weeks go on, and we get closer to summer a lot of people have stopped posting. For those of us still going strong, great job. Those who are struggling, tomorrow is a new day <3 . You are lapping everyone still on the couch. A month to go until SUMMER! I would love to finally be in the 170's. Leaving the 180's has been a huge battle for some reason.

5/28 169.8 Thrilled!! Noticeably stronger & trimmer (tape measure) as I step up calories & exercise distance & weights. I was really nervous about slowing my weight loss rate, but it’s definitely working & helping. It feels like slowing a fast moving train- it took some extra effort to pull on the brakes & adjust them just right— now the train is still moving just at half speed & it’s more effortless now. Yay!

You can do this. Don't get discouraged. Be careful, and even if you don't make the 20 pound challenge, know that every day you work on it you are getting better at it. You are going in the right direction. The 20 pounds will be gone at some point, and then you can keep working on the next goal!
