I'm sorry that im going to be that guy but..
1. You can not spot reduce fat or workout loose skin. Your weight will come off where it chooses and your skin will tighten at a varying rate dependant on multiple factors. Whether you're lifting weights or doing cardio you will not lose any weight unless your are in a caloric deficit. Your fat will come off where it chooses. It's the hard truth that we all hate but it's the truth.
2. You should never copy and paste another person's workout as it is not designed for you and will not be optimal for achieving the best results. As you are a beginner if you tried my program it would be severally taxing on you and would likely result in over training. Plus, it is geared towards weight gain and eating in a constant surplus. The same would go for a program suited for your goals if I were to follow it. I would achieve sub par results and it likely wouldn't be enough to promote neuromuscular adaptation.
You should and I highly recommend getting on a actual structured lifting program if you're planning on taking your weightloss and fitness journey seriously. Starting strength and strong lifts 5x5 are some of the most recommended beginner programs.8 -

You can't spot reduce fat, like the above poster said.

You shouldn't be making up a routine at this point, you should be following one that was built by a professional.2 -

Agree (as usual)^^
And to your other question, my routine is set by my powerlifting coach and I just do as I'm told.2 -
I follow Wendler's 5/3/1 protocol, with some minor tweaks based on my own needs/preferences/goals.1

When I go to the gym I go down the line of machines plus captain chair and leg press. I'm a beginner and am seeing results.2
-
I'm also working up to 100 push ups a day. Currently on 80. I couldn't do 3 when I started.2

I didn't see any results until I started using a plan made by professionals. Not saying you have to pay someone to train you. But using one of the programs listed in the thread @usmcmp linked above will get you where you want to be much faster. Learn from my mistake.4 -
I started out with strong lifts. Currently doing PHUL1

Me, too. Then 5/3/1 (which I hated), so I switched to Norton's PH3.0 -
I started out with Stronglifts as well. Then I moved on to Ice Cream Fitness and then PHUL.
I'm coming back from a wrist injury that required surgery so at the moment I'm working on Stronglifts again and slowly eking my way back.0 -
I basically do Starting Strength with a higher rep range and a few additional accessory movements.0
