    Decided to go for another round of kettlebells last night. Then had my class for lower body this morning. Startin to regret the repeat last night. I am super sore in the legs. Wishing someone would carry me up & down the stairs, lift all the babies for me & basically do anything for me that requires bending over. At least I know I worked the muscle. Yoga tomorrow will help hopefully.

    Sunday - 155 minute walk (80 minutes in am & 75 minutes at night)
    Monday - 60 minutes Kosama Plyo class
    Tuesday - 60 minutes Kosama upper body class, 48 minute walk
    Wednesday - 60 minutes Kosama kickboxing
    Thursday - 120 minutes Kosama kettlebells
    Friday - 60 minute Kosama lower body

    monday- 8/1- 40 minutes walking
    tuesday-8/2- 40 minutes walking
    wednesday- 8/3- 20 minutes walking
    thursday 8/4- 50 minutes walking
    friday 8/5- 50 minutes walking

    Total walking time- 245/300

    Well I attended a lecture which was looking at how to deal with cancers.
    Common meds used these days as metformin for diabetes or b blockers used for hypertension may help with treating these patients.

    Quite promising I feel.

    This is THE most exercise I have EVER done in 1 week. Usually, I do 30 minutes 3 times a week. I WAS a no exercise ever kind a girl.

  • Well today I managed a brisk walk for 30 minutes. I ordered the new gadget pacecoach on which I will review when I get it.
    Total exercise this week 245+30=305/300

    Feel good did hit my target.

    Start of a brand new week tomorrow.Decided to add one new habit along with exercise like the 7 habits of highly effective people I thought let me add one every week till the week of sep 23 my daughters bday.
    So starting tomorrow till 8/13 drink 8 glasses of water.

    So folk keep exercising.

    Wednesday and Friday I had no training and Thursday was a short, easy workout, in the morning, before traveling. The three days off gave me a chance to recover/rebuild. Today's workouts were at a higher level of intensity but still comfortable. It was worth taking the time off. Everyone have a great week!.

    Start of a brand new week let me get started, wonderful sunshine in the sunshine state.

    SUNDAY-8/7- ZUMBA- 45 MINUTES
    will do more as the day progresses. Will keep the focus on water today.

    Had water today before each meal. total of about 48-50 ounces.
    will keep increasing today.
